Highland Telephone Cooperative, Inc. will be closing our lobby in all HTC locations effective Monday, July 20, 2020, in an effort to comply with social distancing and to limit the amount of person to person contact during this time. Our hours of operation will remain from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Our drive-thru windows and our drop boxes will remain open and we have posted a list of payment options for your convenience.
